Discounted Registration for Low-Income and Developing Countries

In support of global scientific collaboration and to promote equitable access to neurology research, NeuroSeries 2025 is pleased to offer discounted registration to participants from low-income or economically underdeveloped countries.

Interested individuals who wish to attend as listeners (non-presenters) may join the conference free of charge.

  • Access to Session Recordings: Presentation recordings will be made available post-event, subject to speaker consent.

Cancellation Policy

  • All refund requests must be submitted within the timelines outlined below and must be sent via email to the Conference Manager.
  • As an alternative to cancellation, participants have the option to transfer their registration fee to the next edition of the conference to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made more than 59 days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, subject to a processing fee of EUR 100.
  • Cancellations made before 30 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee and a 100% refund of the accommodation fee. A EUR 100 processing fee will still apply.
  • Cancellations after November 6th, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. However, 50% of the registration fee may be transferred to the following edition of the conference

Terms & Conditions

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to make last-minute changes to the schedule, speakers, or program without prior notice.
  • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will consult all stakeholders to determine appropriate rescheduling.
  • NeuroSeries 2025 is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by attendees during the conference
  • Discounted registration slots are not eligible for full refunds. Any refunds will follow the standard cancellation policy, limited to the amount paid.
