NeuroSeries2026 Ethical Code of Conduct

NeuroSeries2026 is built on the belief that science progresses through debate, not silence.
To preserve the integrity, inclusivity, and professionalism of this platform, all participants including speakers, chairs, panelists, attendees, sponsors, and media partners — are required to adhere to the following Ethical Code of Conduct:

Respectful Engagement

  • Debate is encouraged; personal attacks are not.
  • Disagreements must focus on evidence, ideas, and data — not individuals.
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behavior will not be tolerated.

Professionalism in Debate

  • All participants must maintain a professional, collegial, and respectful tone during interactions.
  • Contributions should remain relevant to the session topic and grounded in scientific or clinical evidence.
  • Participants must avoid spreading misinformation, unverified claims, or promotional bias.

Inclusivity and Global Equity

  • NeuroSeries2026 values diversity of voices from all regions, professional levels, and disciplines.
  • Participants must contribute in a way that encourages inclusivity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • No participant should be excluded, ignored, or silenced based on geography, gender, career stage, or affiliation.

Scientific Integrity

  • Speakers and participants must disclose any conflicts of interest or funding sources when relevant.
  • Data, findings, and claims should be presented accurately, transparently, and without manipulation.
  • Plagiarism, falsification, or misuse of scientific information is strictly prohibited.

Moderation and Enforcement

  • All sessions will be monitored by designated session chairs and moderators.
  • The organizer reserves the right to warn, mute, or remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct.
  • In severe or repeated cases, event access may be revoked without refund.

Safe and Constructive Environment

  • NeuroSeries2026 is committed to providing a safe, harassment-free environment for everyone.
  • Harassment of any kind — verbal, visual, or written — is unacceptable.
  • Participants are encouraged to report violations confidentially to the organizing committee

Accountability

  • By attending NeuroSeries2026, all participants agree to abide by this Ethical Code of Conduct.
  • Violations may result in removal from sessions, exclusion from future conferences, or reporting to relevant institutions when necessary.

We make it clear that debate is welcome, but disrespect is not. We respect freedom of ideas but is should be in a professional, enforceable way.
