Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Language Requirement: All abstracts must be written and submitted in English. Submissions in other languages will not be accepted.
  • Original Work: The content should reflect original research or native work by the authors.
  • Relevance to Conference Theme: Only abstracts that align with the scope and focus areas of the conference will be accepted. Irrelevant or inappropriate submissions may be declined without prior notice.
  • Author Identification: The presenting author should be clearly marked with an asterisk (*) or listed as the first author. Ensure accurate author designation for presentation scheduling.
  • Co-author Details: Include the full names and institutional affiliations of all co-authors. All co-authors must be informed and give consent prior to submission.
  • Abbreviations: Abbreviations should be spelled out in full the first time they are used, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
  • References and Citations: If references are included, they should be listed at the end of the abstract in a concise and consistent format.
  • Visual Aids: Inclusion of small images, figures, or graphs is encouraged to enhance understanding, as long as they are clear and relevant.
  • Symbols and Special Characters: Avoid using special characters or symbols that may not render properly. Use written equivalents whenever possible.
  • Submission Limits: Each registered participant may submit a maximum of two oral abstracts and one poster abstract.
  • Editing Submitted Abstracts: If you need to revise your abstract after submission, please resubmit the updated version with a clear note referencing the earlier submission. The latest version will be considered upon review.
  • Acknowledgment of Submission: A confirmation message or email will be sent once your abstract is successfully submitted. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us at committee@neuroseriesconference.com for assistance.
  • Word Limit: Abstracts should be concise and generally not exceed 250–300 words, excluding references.
  • Submission Format: Submit abstracts in Word format (.doc or .docx)
Abstract structure should include

1.Title (in title case)
2.Presenting Author’s name with * and co-authors with affiliations
3.Abstract Text covering objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions
4.References and visual aids (if applicable).
5.Presenting author’s updated biography and recent photograph.

  • Abstract Review Process: All submitted abstracts (oral and poster) will undergo a double-blind peer review. Submissions are evaluated based on relevance, originality, quality, and clarity. Authors will be notified via email if revisions are needed. Once accepted, an official acceptance letter will be issued, after which the registration process can be completed.
