Access to selected or full conference sessions (depending on registration type).
Participation in live polls, debates, and Q&A sessions.
Access to session recordings and on-demand replays.
Downloadable session summaries, debate infographics, and resource materials.
Access to the virtual exhibition and networking platform.
Eligibility to apply for NeuroSeries2026 Awards (Best Debate Spark, Young Investigator, Global Equity).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must notify the NeuroSeries2026 team in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

The organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, insufficient participation, platform/venue unavailability).
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, full refunds will be provided.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or format (e.g., from in-person to virtual) without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for such changes.
The organizer may deny or revoke registrations if a participant fails to comply with event policies or behaves in a disruptive or unprofessional manner. In such cases, no refunds or liability for additional costs will apply.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or entry to individuals who do not meet the event’s professional standards, without refund.
In case of unexpected health or safety concerns, the organizer may impose additional requirements (e.g., vaccination, mask usage, health screening) or change the event format.
The organizer retains discretion to amend this policy and other terms & conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes promptly.
